Due to the nature of the glazes and clay used in our pottery, firing them in the kiln can be a challenging process, and it may not be possible to guarantee an exact match for the color, shape, size, or design that you have in mind. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancelations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase

If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be shipped back within 7 days of original delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, including breakage in the return shipping process. The refund process will begin once I have received the piece and verified its in the original condition. 

I take great care to package all pieces as carefully as possible, but damage can still occur. If your purchase arrives broken, please email me within 5 days of delivery. 

Delays in shipping must be handled with USPS. I have no control or ability to alter the process once it has left my shop. If your package does not arrive you can file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping may vary. The items typically ship out within 1-2 weeks of the placing order date.

Please note that all of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, and therefore, no two items are the same. We have captured the true essence of the color and texture of our products by photographing them in natural light.

Sizes are approximate and placed in the item description 

The majority of my items are microwave and dishwasher-safe. If a piece is not safe, due to specialty glazing, it will be noted and highlighted in the item description.

Please be cautious when handling items such as mugs, plates, bowls, or vases as they can be heavy and may become hot to the touch if hot liquids are poured inside. Kindly take the necessary precautions while using these products. I cannot be held accountable for any injuries caused due to temperature changes; fallen; or broken ceramic pieces.
